Manage your event registrations.
Accessing My Bookings
- Log into Medtribe
- Click on your profile
- Select My Bookings
Viewing Bookings
Booking Categories
Your bookings are organised by:
- Upcoming - Future events you're registered for
- Past - Events you've attended
- Cancelled - Cancelled registrations
Booking Information
Each booking shows:
- Event name
- Date and time
- Location
- Booking status
- QR code (for check-in)
Booking Details
Click on any booking to see:
- Full event information
- Your ticket type
- Any add-ons selected
- Form responses you submitted
- Certificate (if issued)
- Survey links
Managing Your Booking
Updating Information
You can often update:
- Contact details
- Dietary requirements
- Accessibility needs
To update:
- Open the booking
- Click Edit
- Update allowed fields
- Save changes
Cancellation
To cancel a booking:
- Open the booking
- Click Request Cancellation
- Select reason (optional)
- Submit request
The organiser will process your request. For paid events, check the refund policy.
Event Day
Finding Your QR Code
- Go to My Bookings
- Find the event
- View or download your QR code
Check-in
At the event:
- Show your QR code to be scanned
- Or provide your name/email for manual check-in
Joining Online Events
For virtual events:
- Go to your booking
- Click the joining link
- Follow instructions for the platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
After the Event
Surveys
You may receive survey requests:
- Email notification with survey link
- Or access from your booking details
- Complete to provide feedback
- Required for certificate (if configured)
Certificates
When certificates are issued:
- Email notification sent
- Access from booking details
- Download PDF
- Verify using certificate code

Troubleshooting
Can't Find Booking
- Check you're logged into correct account
- Look in all tabs (upcoming, past)
- Check email for confirmation
- Contact event organiser
Need to Change Booking
For changes you can't make yourself:
- Contact the event organiser
- Explain what needs changing
- They can modify on your behalf
Booking Shows Wrong Status
If your booking status seems incorrect:
- Refresh the page
- Check for any emails from organiser
- Contact organiser if issue persists
