  1. Log into Medtribe
  2. Click on your profile
  3. Select My Bookings

Managing Your Booking

Updating Information

You can often update:

To update:

  1. Open the booking
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update allowed fields
  4. Save changes

Cancellation

To cancel a booking:

  1. Open the booking
  2. Click Request Cancellation
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Submit request

The organiser will process your request. For paid events, check the refund policy.

Event Day

Finding Your QR Code

  1. Go to My Bookings
  2. Find the event
  3. View or download your QR code

Check-in

At the event:

Joining Online Events

For virtual events:

  1. Go to your booking
  2. Click the joining link
  3. Follow instructions for the platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

After the Event

Surveys

You may receive survey requests:

  1. Email notification with survey link
  2. Or access from your booking details
  3. Complete to provide feedback
  4. Required for certificate (if configured)

Certificates

When certificates are issued:

  1. Email notification sent
  2. Access from booking details
  3. Download PDF
  4. Verify using certificate code

Can't Find Booking

Need to Change Booking

For changes you can't make yourself:

  1. Contact the event organiser
  2. Explain what needs changing
  3. They can modify on your behalf

Booking Shows Wrong Status

If your booking status seems incorrect:
