Receiving Certificates

Access and verify your completion certificates.

When You Receive Certificates

Certificates are issued when:

• You attended the event (checked in)
• You completed any required surveys
• You met minimum attendance requirements (for multi-session events)
• The organiser has issued certificates

Getting Your Certificate

Email Notification

When your certificate is ready:

1. Email notification sent to you
2. Contains download link
3. Click to access your certificate

From My Bookings

Access certificates anytime:

1. Go to My Bookings
2. Find the event
3. Click View Certificate
4. Download PDF

Certificate Contents

Your certificate shows:

• Your full name
• Event title
• Date(s) of attendance
• CPD hours/points (if applicable)
• Unique verification code
• QR code for verification
• Organiser branding

Certificate Verification

Why Verify

Verification proves:

• Certificate is genuine
• Issued by Medtribe
• Has not been revoked

How to Verify

Option 1:

1. Go to the verification page
2. Enter the certificate code
3. View verification result

Option 2:

1. Scan the QR code on the certificate
2. Verification page opens
3. See confirmation

Verification Results

Shows:

• Certificate holder name
• Event details
• Issue date
• Valid/revoked status

Using Your Certificates

CPD Records

Add to your professional development records:

• Log CPD points with your professional body
• Keep copies for appraisals
• Include in portfolio

Sharing Certificates

You can share your certificate:

• Email to employers
• Upload to professional profiles
• Include in applications

Troubleshooting

No Certificate Received

If you attended but didn't get a certificate:

1. Check if survey completion was required
2. Verify you were marked as attended
3. Contact the event organiser

Wrong Details on Certificate

If your name or details are incorrect:

1. Contact the event organiser
2. They can update and reissue
3. Download the corrected version

Can't Download Certificate

Try:

• Using a different browser
• Checking your internet connection
• Accessing from My Bookings instead of email link
• Contacting event organiser

Certificate Not Issued

Certificates may not be issued if:

• Attendance wasn't recorded
• Required survey not completed
• Minimum attendance not met
• Organiser hasn't processed certificates yet

Contact the event organiser if you believe you should have received a certificate.
